Preventing Rejection of Transplanted Organs - Anthony De Tomaso PhD - May 10, 2011
Monday, May 9, 2011 at 12:33PM Anthony W. De Tomaso, PhD, co author of a new study titled, Allocation in a Basal Chordate Consists of Independent Activating and Inhibitory Pathways. The study, published in the April 22 2011 issue of the Journal Immunity looks as how marine organisms may help prevent the rejection of transplanted organs in humans. Dr. De Tomaso is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at UC Santa Barbara.
